When you receive a checkweigher, but can not use it immediately Why? It is because the manufacturer has added the limit screws on the load cell module to protect it from damage caused by external forces. So we can see there is a small gap between the load cell and weighing platform. The load cell indenter can be rolled easily. In this case, we need to remove the limit screw before we use it. Both limit screws should be taken down properly. Once the screws have been removed the weighing platform and load cell would touch perfectly.
