1. S type Load Cell 

The weighing capacity is from 100kg to 5000kg, which is usually used for crane scales, belt scales, and batching silos. It can fulfill a wide range of industries that require precise measurements, avoiding product waste and saving costs.

 

2. Single-point Load Cell

The weighing capacity of the single point load cell is from 50kg to 1000kg, which is suitable for platform scales and belt scales.

 

3/4. Bending/Beam Load Cell

The weighing capacity of the bending/beam load cell is from 10kg to 25000kg, which is normally applied in platform scales, floor scales, hopper scales, silo scales, and batching scales. Some of them have the overload stop function, as well as self-restoring due to pendulum bearing.

 

5. Canister Load Cell

The weighing capacity is from 10000kg to 50000kg for large capacity weighing situations, such as truck/tank scale, railway scale, and so on.

New Linear Feeder Packing Machine LF-5K

 

General Measure LF-5K is a linear feeder for granular materials and some powder materials. The vibratory feeding mechanism achieves multi-stage feeding. The pneumatic cylinder drives fast discharging. LF-5K linear feeder has a wide weighing range from 0.25kg to 5kg with ±2~5g accuracy and 15pcs/min, which can be widely used in quantitative packaging machinery of grain, feed, chemical, rubber, and plastic industries. 

 

LF-5K has an automatic weighing type dosing function with two-speed vibration feeding control. Easy operation design leads to setting the target value only, it can automatically adjust to the optimal dosing speed within the guarantee of accuracy. SS304 stainless steel is used for packing material contact parts. Historical data can be stored and exported by USB.

Weight Indicator GMT-P1 and Load Cell Configuration for Molding Factory

 

General Measure engineers provided the configuration service of weight indicator GMT-P1 with load cells and junction box
for a molding factory. 

There are 4 loadcells in one silo connected by a junction box to a weight indicator GMT-P1 for monitoring the incoming and outgoing weights of materials, as well as transmitting the weights data.

CW-600G (weight range:5-600g) and CW-1.2K (weight range:10-1200g) can be used for checking the weight of small boxes/bags/bottles of food&beverage, pet foods, and so on. The highest speed can reach 150-200pcs/min, and the highest accuracy is ±0.5g. CW-15K (weight range:0.1-15kg) and CW-60K (weight range:0.1-60kg) are usually applied in logistics, chemicals, grains, or construction industries to check the weight of big pack products. The highest accuracy can reach ±10g. When the product is over or under the set weight range, it will be rejected by the rejection device, such as the air blow rejector, push-type rejector, swing arm rejector, etc.
